About the DLC: Xbox 360 Marketplace description: Dead or Alive 5 just got a whole lot better! Download this update for new features and improvements in both offline and online modes for DOA5. This free download is required in order to use the Halloween 2015 Costumes for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round. Costumes for the following characters included: Kasumi, Ayane, Nyotengu, Momiji, Rachel, Tina, La Mariposa, Mila, Pai, Hayate, Ryu Hayabusa, Raidou, Bass, Akira, Gen Fu, Eliot, and Brad Wong.
The director of DOA5 talked about PC gaming with MCVUK. “The adoption rate of high-spec PCs and related peripheral devices has traditionally been lower than consoles,” he comments.
“But these days, the perspective of PC gaming has changed drastically and we expect more fighting games will be released for PC users.” Despite this, he warns that one of the PC’s most active scenes – the modding community – should be careful not to turn off publishers looking to make their debut. “We have to deal with mod issues from an IP holder perspective,” he explains. “We would like to ask PC users to play our game in good moral and manner. Otherwise, we won’t be able to release a title for PC again.” sauce.
IF and i mean IF tecmo read these forums/hubs then PLEASE look at WHY you need to let us modders allowed to play with the game tecmo im gona make it SUPER easy to understand THIS is vanilla skyrim As you can see it looks completely crap, terrible and almost like a ps2 game nearly. It's not like you run into guys with Hadoken aim bots in Street Fighter.
Cheating is pretty non-existent in most PC fighting games (or at least I've never run into one). Are you sure? Are you counting spamming super moves via the hotkeys as cheating?
Coz i stopped playing games like street fighter 4, skullgirls and afew others online because of cheaters who have set up special moves to hotkeys - IE button 1 spams dragon punch, 2 hurricane kick etc etc skullgirls USED to be an awsome fighting game when it first came out but then the devs did something and all these cheaters started spamming infinate combos on you instantly. Afew people asked when the issue would be fixed and they got abuse from people saying crap like 'noob games meant to be played like this' then oddly 5 days later the devs said they would try and fix the problems and these same people suddenly changed there tunes. HOWEVER the devs appear to have kept the option of infinate combo spamming and instead left your character with an option to counter it.but it uses up all your special bar.and the other player can just start spamming instantly unless YOU cheat and spam them back.
It isnt much of an enjoyable game online now. When you play skullgirls on consoles it AMAZING how these people suddenly disappear. Sadly its the same with street fighter 4 online with guys who can just magically sonic boom you without moving back, ducking down but can just press button 1 to instant spam you to the edge of the screen.play it on consoles and it isnt there its people like that who just ruin the whole experience completely.
I felt so let down by the devs with skullgirls i just dont touch it anymore and see it as a failed game because actually finding decent honest people who are not just spamming combos/infinates is few and far between. When I saw this I quit playing revolution and moved on with other games. Seeing this makes me wonder.if tekken 7 comes to pc do you think namco would give a crap about modders adding stuff to the game?
I wish namco would re-release the xenosaga series on the pc.i would buy that trilogy again in a heartbeat. Would be even better if they could change the battle system in 2 to what it was in 1 and 3 like what happened with hyper demensional rebirth part 1.

Also since Tekken has customizable existing characters unlike DOA with plenty of mix and match costume options and they have no history of selling DLC costumes, I see no problem with mods. I believe Namco n Capcom have same attitude toward modders. They not saying anything about SFxT get modded.
I ve been a victim of people doing infintes not letting me kiss the ground. Not sure if it was modding or if they are really good. I heard from my cousin that in arcade sticks like a hori you can also program a move to either rapid fire jab punches or 1 button press a special. He also miss the chance of spamming calamity symphony on me to death with Ivy from SC.:P Anywho, there are still modders in consoles. My other guess is that cheats and hacks can be saved on a usb drive and input it with a console of choice. Guilty Gear Xrd had the great idea of hosting a room that needs a password to get in. Brb I want you guys to see something.
